Jannice joined the faculty at Queen’s in 2019. She was previously an Assistant Professor at Syracuse University, did postdoctoral research at Duke University, her PhD at the University of Toronto, and MSc at Calgary University.

Research interests: understanding the maintenance of phenotypic evolution and adaptation, plant reproduction and life history strategies.
